Refund policy

Refunds will be given for products purchased via our online store only. Please request the refund via your online Berties account. Once accepted, please return the item to Berties Country Outfitters within 14 days of purchase. (Note: return postage at your own cost)

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Online Sale Items purchased Instore -  If you choose to come in store to purchase a Sale item that you have seen listed online, we will honour the online sale price. However, this instore purchase is final and no refunds or exchanges will be provided.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
